Swimming courses, aquariding courses and aqua jogging courses can be offered again. Registration required!
We offer closed courses (10 units of 45 minutes each) at a price of € 99.00 plus entrance fee. These courses usually take place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6.30 p.m. and from 7.30 p.m.Â
It is also possible to purchase a 10-course course, but only with advance registration for the corresponding days.
Aqua cycling combines the principles of cycling with the advantages of water:
Water optimizes the cardiovascular system, the connective tissue is tightened, the muscles are gently massaged through the movements, the figure is shaped and the fat metabolism is stimulated. This makes training three times as effective in water as it is on land.

What do you think of a trampoline? Of jumping for joy in the air? Correct
Would you also like to jump on the trampoline underwater? Yes?
Then come to the AZUR leisure pool!
The Ramsteiner Freizeitbad is now offering an “aqua jumping” course. These are 10 closed course units, at a price of 99 euros plus entrance fee.
The course units take place on Saturdays from 11.00 a.m.

What does aqua jumping train?
Aqua jumping trains the whole body and uses all of the muscles. It activates the cardiovascular function and the lymphatic system and also promotes balance and coordination. Jumping under water relieves tension, relieves stress and releases happiness hormones. Aqua jumping makes you happy and increases physical fitness and wellbeing. The buoyancy of the water ensures that the Aqua-Jumper comes up gently. Joints are significantly less stressed than when jumping on a trampoline.
The leisure pool AZUR always offers Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from
11.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. water aerobics (except during the Rhineland-Palatinate summer holidays and public holidays).
Participation is free. Anyone who wants can take part.
The swimming courses are held in small, learner-friendly groups.
Max. 6 children per course enable them to learn to swim more effectively.
Groups of 6-8 year olds and 9-12 year olds are offered with the aim of teaching safe swimming. The training is only carried out by trained specialists.
The courses are designed so that the children have training on 3 afternoons (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) a week. Within 4 weeks, i.e. H. After 12 teaching units, the children can usually take the seahorse exam. However, no guarantee is given for this.
